School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Osseo, Minnesota

What you bring to this role:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Minnesota and professional certification (CCC)
- Prior experience in a school-based SLP position, particularly with early childhood populations
- Familiarity supporting students with complex communication needs or multiple disabilities, preferred
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaborative problem-solving skills
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEP goals, and deliver direct therapy to eligible students
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families to support student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide staff consultation as needed
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
