Key Qualifications:
- Current and active Minnesota SLP license and relevant professional certification (SLP-CCC)
- School-based experience strongly preferred; background with multiple disabilities highly valued
- Expertise in assessment, intervention, and documentation for early learners
- Commitment to collaborative, multidisciplinary work within educational teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to children in ECSE programs, supporting both communication and broader academic growth
- Conduct assessments, intervention planning, and progress monitoring for students with a variety of disabilities and developmental needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), maintaining detailed records and collaborating with special education staff and families
- Participate in regular team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities
- Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and related service personnel
