Key Qualifications:

  • Current and active Minnesota SLP license and relevant professional certification (SLP-CCC)
  • School-based experience strongly preferred; background with multiple disabilities highly valued

  • Commitment to collaborative, multidisciplinary work within educational teams

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to children in ECSE programs, supporting both communication and broader academic growth
  • Conduct assessments, intervention planning, and progress monitoring for students with a variety of disabilities and developmental needs
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), maintaining detailed records and collaborating with special education staff and families
  • Participate in regular team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities
  • Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and related service personnel
