Required Qualifications:
- Active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist License and relevant professional certification
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship (SLP - CCC)
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly preferred
- Experience working with students with multiple disabilities is an asset
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy services to Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) students
- Conduct thorough evaluations, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and provide ongoing progress monitoring
- Partner with families, teachers, and other professionals to facilitate student growth and success
- Maintain thorough documentation and ensure compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
- Participate in eligibility meetings, IEP teams, and multidisciplinary problem-solving as needed
