Exciting opportunities await speech-language pathologists passionate about making a difference in a school setting. This contract position begins August 25, 2026, and continues through June 10, 2027, with student instruction starting September 8, 2026. Full-time roles at elementary schools within a large, vibrant district provide a dynamic environment for both experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellows.
You will be based on-site at one of six elementary schools. The workweek is Monday through Friday, totaling 37.5 hours per week.
Qualifications:
- Active and valid Minnesota SLP license with dual certification clearly visible (please attach PDF copy with your application)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required; open to strong Clinical Fellow (CF) candidates
- Previous experience in school-based settings preferred, though not required for CFs
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Passion for supporting children’s speech and language development
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and direct therapeutic intervention for students with speech and language needs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement IEPs
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all state and federal regulations
- Participate in team meetings and school activities as needed
- Serve as a resource and advocate for students with communication challenges
