Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Minnesota SLP license with dual certification (required to be submitted with your application)
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; applications from Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome
- Previous experience in a school setting is highly desirable
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language services to students in elementary settings
- Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with diverse communication needs
- Work closely with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ progress
- Maintain comprehensive and compliant documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student assessments and progress reports
- Provide input on communication interventions and support school-wide initiatives
