Step into a rewarding school-based contract opportunity supporting elementary students with their speech and language needs for the 2026-2027 academic year. This role requires six dedicated full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), including those with Clinical Fellowship (CF) status, across several elementary school settings. You'll work closely with school teams, impacting students’ communication skills and overall educational experiences.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Minnesota SLP license with dual certification clearly visible (please attach both resume and PDF of license when applying)
- CCC-SLP or CF applicants considered
- Demonstrated experience serving pediatric and/or school-aged populations
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload independently
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and evaluations
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student goals
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language services onsite
- Collaborate with special education teachers, administrators, and families
- Complete required documentation and progress monitoring
- Actively participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
