Speech Language Pathologist in Oregon City, OR

Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Active licensure as required for practice within the state
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adapt to multiple school sites and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Organized, flexible, and self-motivated
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students with diverse needs
- Conduct assessments and interpret results to determine appropriate interventions
- Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals in collaboration with staff and families
- Work across three distinct school locations, fostering relationships and consistency
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress monitoring
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing service planning
