Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license in Oregon
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC)
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language needs
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in group and individual settings
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other related service providers to optimize student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation for compliance and progress monitoring
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student learning goals
- Manage schedule and services across three assigned school sites
