- Strong assessment, intervention, and communication skills
- Ability to support Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
- Effective collaboration with teachers, staff, and families
Role Overview:
- Provide speech-language evaluations, therapy, and progress monitoring for students across three schools
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans according to students’ needs
- Attend and actively participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to foster students’ academic and social success
- Document services and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Offer consultations and training to education staff and parents as needed
