School Speech Language Pathologist - Ontario, CA

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
- Active state SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Prior experience working with school-aged children, preferably at the middle school level
- Understanding of IEP processes and school-based therapy models
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services for middle school students
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and monitor students’ progress
- Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Document therapy sessions and prepare required reports in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate individualized interventions
- Maintain up-to-date case records and support student transitions as needed
