We're hiring a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time school-based opportunity in Tumwater, WA for the 2026-2027 school year.
This position offers a consistent 4-day workweek, a manageable caseload, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' communication skills in a collaborative educational environment. You'll work with students across all grade levels while helping them build the skills they need to succeed academically and socially.

• Serving Students Across All Grade Levels
• Caseload of Approximately 45 Students
• Located in Tumwater, WA 98512
• Supportive and Collaborative School Environment
Key Responsibilities
• Provide speech and language therapy services to students based on individual needs
• Conduct evaluations and assessments (SLP)
• Develop, implement, and monitor treatment plans and IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for services and accommodations
• Support students' communication, language, and social development
Qualifications
• Active Washington State SLP License or SLPA License
• ESA Certification required for SLP candidates
• School-based experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Compensation for this position ranges from $39.87 to $69.87. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
