Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP licensure for the state of California (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, though CFY applicants are welcome
- Prior experience in school-based settings serving PreK-8th grade students is highly valued
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support academic and social success
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes, and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure optimal student support
- Provide both direct and consultative services across various school sites as needed
