Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current CCC-SLP certification
- Active SLP license in California
- Prior experience in both in-person and teletherapy services welcomed
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with school documentation systems and IEP processes preferred
- Comfortable working autonomously in a hybrid role
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language intervention in person to a select caseload of K-12 students
- Perform comprehensive assessments and contribute to IEP meetings and progress reports virtually
- Implement evidence-based therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
- Maintain communication and collaboration with school staff, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Accurately document sessions and student progress, meeting compliance timelines
- Remain up to date with professional best practices and continuing education
