We're seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active or eligible for SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY
- Valid state licensure or willingness to obtain
- Experience providing speech therapy in a school setting preferred
- Strong collaboration and organizational skills
- Ability to motivate, inspire, and advocate for students from diverse backgrounds
- Caseload management experience is a plus
- Interest in full-time work; part-time (minimum 20 hours weekly) considered
Key responsibilities in this dynamic role:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for grades 5–7 students
- Provide direct and consultative speech/language services to students on caseload
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with all regulations
- Contribute to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team planning
- Adapt therapy techniques for group, individual, or telepractice delivery as needed
