Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current or eligible for Massachusetts SLP licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellowship applicants (CFY) are also welcome
- Previous experience serving middle school students or familiarity with IEP processes a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and collaborative skills
- Comfortable working onsite in a school environment
- Interest in supporting a diverse student population
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to middle school students according to IEP mandates
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation for student progress and compliance
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff
- Adapt strategies to address varying student needs within the caseload
