Qualifications:
- Current SLP license or eligibility in New Jersey
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads preferred
- Strong skills in evaluation, intervention planning, and collaboration
- Ability to adapt communication to meet individual student needs
Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to students with diverse communication challenges
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Work closely with teachers, families, and school staff to foster student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with district and regulatory standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team collaborations
