Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
- School-based experience preferred, but strong clinical backgrounds also welcome
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings for students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services for individuals and small groups
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
