You’ll provide direct, consultative, and group therapy to a caseload typically ranging from 25–40 students, many of whom experience visual impairments alongside cognitive, medical, and orthopedic challenges.

Most students are non-verbal, so your expertise in setting up and integrating AAC devices, eye gaze technology, tactile or picture-based systems, and low-tech communication solutions will be vital. Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Pennsylvania SLP licensure (or eligibility)
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY accepted
- Experience with AAC, eye gaze, tactile/picture systems preferred
- Passion for working with diverse disabilities and non-verbal students
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct, consultative, and group SLP services integrated into students’ daily routines
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized communication strategies using AAC, low tech, and multi-modal approaches
- Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to set functional communication goals
- Maintain documentation and contribute to IEPs
- Promote independence and participation in educational settings
