Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Washington state SLP license or eligibility to obtain
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience with adolescent populations in an educational setting
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Familiarity with IEP processes and special education requirements
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy for students in grades 6-12
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Conduct assessments, monitor progress, and complete relevant documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff
