What we're seeking:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure or eligibility as an SLP
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Ability to effectively manage a 6th to 12th grade caseload
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Dedication to supporting diverse student needs and IEP processes
Key responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor student progress and provide ongoing documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise for student planning
- Offer guidance and education to school staff on speech and language development
