Speech and Language Pathologist in Pottstown, PA

What you’ll bring:
- SLP-CCC or SLP certification required
- Valid Pennsylvania SLP license and PDE Certification (Emergency certifications also accepted)
- Experience within school-based or early intervention settings strongly preferred
- Demonstrated flexibility and willingness to work in multiple communities, adapting to students’ needs
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and other therapists
- Compassionate communication, documentation, and progress monitoring skills
Role highlights:
- Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and therapy services to children in the Early Intervention program
- Develop and implement IEPs, maintaining compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Engage and educate families and caregivers to support communication goals
- Service areas assigned with consideration to your preferences whenever possible; the current need spans multiple neighborhoods and communities
- Consistent weekday schedule, 35 hours per week preferred, but a minimum two-day-per-week commitment considered
- Collaborative team of three SLPs serving students ages birth to five
