Key Qualifications:
- Active SLPA license in Massachusetts (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience working in school settings, particularly with middle school students preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities:
- Assist certified Speech-Language Pathologists to support a caseload of 15-20 middle school students (grades 5-8)
- Implement therapy plans and document student progress
- Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers
- Deliver direct and indirect speech and language interventions in classroom and small group settings
