Engage with a middle school caseload of 15-20 students in grades 5-8, guiding them through key developmental years. Qualifications:
- Active SLPA license (or eligibility) in Massachusetts
- Prior experience or coursework in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
- Ability to engage with and support middle school students ages 10-14
- Strong organizational skills and collaborative spirit
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language services under SLP supervision to students in 5th through 8th grades
- Assist in implementing therapy plans and carry out intervention activities
- Track and document student progress with clarity and attention to detail
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Help create a supportive, inclusive environment for all learners
