Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Valid SLPA license (Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience working in school settings preferred
- Previous caseload experience with middle schoolers a plus

- Strong organizational and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of speech and language services to a caseload of 15-20 middle school students
- Collaborate with SLPs, teachers, and school staff to implement treatment plans
- Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP development as appropriate
- Foster an inclusive, positive environment that supports student growth
