Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) in Boston, MA

You’ll work closely with a supportive team to provide essential speech and language services to a caseload of approximately 15-20 students.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Hold a valid SLPA license in Massachusetts
- Experience working in a school or educational setting, preferably with middle school students
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to implement speech/language therapy plans as directed by an SLP
- Genuine enthusiasm for supporting the development of school-aged children
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language interventions to assigned students under supervision of a certified speech-language pathologist
- Support the development and implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Document student progress and prepare reports as required by the school
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote generalization of skills
- Assist in adapting instructional materials and activities
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the positive culture of the student support services department
