Make a difference in the lives of young learners by providing speech and language therapy in a dynamic educational setting. We are seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists to support children in the Early Intervention program on a flexible contract basis. This opportunity offers a rewarding blend of autonomy and collaboration, allowing you to work with a diverse student population across multiple communities.

Ideal candidates can commit to a full-time schedule of 35 hours per week (Monday through Friday, 8:00am–3:30pm), but part-time availability of at least two days per week will also be considered. Flexibility in service area is essential, with assignments possible within various nearby communities to best meet the needs of students.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current SLP license; Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) certification required (emergency certificates accepted)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
  • Previous experience in school or early intervention settings highly valued
  • Ability to adapt to changing caseloads and diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy to children in the Early Intervention program
  • Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with educators and families
  • Travel within designated regions to provide services according to student needs
  • Maintain detailed documentation and contribute to IEP processes as required
