Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state SLP licensure or eligibility
- Prior experience working within school settings strongly preferred
- Ability to evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized therapy plans
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Collaborative mindset to work effectively with diverse teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to a varied student caseload
- Develop and implement IEP goals and monitor progress
- Conduct thorough assessments and maintain detailed records
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational staff to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
- Maintain compliance with school and federal guidelines
- Utilize evidence-based practices to support student engagement
