Key Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Previous experience working in schools preferred
- Strong understanding of IEPs, documentation, and progress reporting
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Passion for working with children and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group speech and language therapy services to students in accordance with state and district guidelines
- Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders, including articulation, fluency, voice, and language
- Participate in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required reports
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other service providers to ensure comprehensive student support
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and ongoing team discussions
