Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as an SLP
- Previous work with pediatric populations, including early childhood and elementary school-aged children
- Experience, comfort, or willingness to learn with varied caseloads, including moderate to profound needs
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessments, diagnosis, and direct therapeutic intervention for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in conjunction with educators, parents, and support staff
- Deliver therapy sessions in individual and group settings
- Collaborate regularly with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Maintain comprehensive documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
