Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong CFs encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in pediatric settings, particularly within schools and K–12 environments
- Familiarity with IEP processes, progress monitoring, and evidence-based interventions
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students across a variety of grade levels and needs
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to the development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Engage with families and school staff to support student progress and advocate for a collaborative approach
- Maintain accurate records of services and document student growth in accordance with school and state requirements
- Provide both direct and consultative support, adjusting interventions as needed
