Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Current state license to practice as an SLP

- Ability to effectively collaborate with Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in alignment with student IEPs
- Supervise and guide SLPA team members to support student progress
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress reports
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student goals and evaluate outcomes
- Communicate regularly with educators, administrators, and families to foster student success
