Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Active SLP state licensure in Louisiana (or eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; open to CF, SLPA, and new graduates
- School-based SLP experience or strong pediatric clinical background desired
- Strong communication, collaboration, and caseload management skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language interventions for elementary students onsite (caseload: 50-60)
- Develop and implement IEPs in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct assessments, progress monitoring, and maintain thorough documentation
- Consult with families and teachers to support student communication goals
- Contribute positively to an inclusive and innovative educational atmosphere
