School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | New Orleans, Louisiana

What You'll Bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state licensure in Louisiana, or eligibility to obtain
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
- Commitment to completing time-sensitive credentialing, including drug screening and fingerprinting
- Flexible, positive attitude and dedication to serving youth in a diverse school setting
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students as assigned
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to students’ needs
- Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and all required documentation
- Contribute to a supportive, inclusive learning atmosphere
- Adjust therapy techniques and materials to accommodate different age groups (caseload specifics will be assigned upon placement)
