Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders (required)
- Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
- Ability to meet all credentialing requirements, including a district-specific drug screen and fingerprinting
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability within a school environment
- Effective communication and collaboration with students, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students across diverse caseloads
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and track progress
- Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and parents to support student outcomes
- Maintain thorough and compliant documentation
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive educational environment
