What You’ll Bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active or eligible state licensure in Louisiana
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Experience in school-based settings encouraged
- Commitment to meeting all district credentialing requirements, including timely drug screening and fingerprinting
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
- Maintain detailed records and progress notes in compliance with school/district policies
- Serve as a resource and advocate for students, families, and team members
- Participate in meetings to support student learning and success
- Adapt to a range of assignments as determined by district needs
