- Ability to pass district drug screening and fingerprint background checks
- Flexibility to adapt to assigned caseloads and age groups (to be determined)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students per IEPs
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain thorough documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure best outcomes
- Provide expertise for multidisciplinary teams within the school
- Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
