Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy to elementary students in both individual and group settings
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and participate in eligibility/IEP meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely records of therapy, assessments, and communication
- Adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs and adjust service delivery as necessary
