Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) School-Based | Full-Time or Part-Time | Wilmington, DE
ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for an onsite, school-based opportunity in the Wilmington, Delaware area for the 2026–2027 school year.
The district is open to both full-time and part-time candidates and is looking for an SLP who is comfortable supporting students throughout the district, including students receiving homebound services.
Position Details:
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Onsite, school-based position
Full-time or part-time candidates considered
Up to 37.5 hours per week
Monday–Friday
Start Date: August 25, 2026
End Date: June 8, 2027
District-wide services
Must be willing to assist with homebound students as needed
Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language services to students based on individual needs
Conduct appropriate assessments and monitor student progress
Develop and implement individualized therapy goals
Maintain required documentation and service records
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members
Provide services throughout the district and assist with homebound students as needed
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
Active Delaware SLP license required
Appropriate school-based credentials/requirements as applicable
School-based or pediatric experience preferred
Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
Ability to provide services onsite
