School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Menifee, California

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current California Speech-Language Pathology license and CTC credential
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Prior experience in school-based settings
- Comfort working with students in K-8th grade; experience with high schoolers is advantageous
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Commitment to supporting student growth and inclusivity
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech and language services to K-8th grade students
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education program (IEP) goals, and document student progress
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student success
- Provide intervention and counseling as needed to facilitate optimal educational outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a positive, collaborative school environment
