School Speech Language Pathologist - Navarre, Florida

This is a full-time, W2, school-based role where you'll have consistent daytime hours—no evenings or weekends required—allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance. The district fosters an encouraging atmosphere for both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFY), making it an excellent fit for a variety of backgrounds within pediatric and educational speech-language pathology.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP license in Florida (or eligibility)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) welcome, but not required—CFY candidates encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in pediatric, healthcare, or school settings is preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to elementary students
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and a multidisciplinary team to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success plans
