What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- Valid Florida SLP License (or eligibility)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; SLP-CFY candidates welcome
- Experience within school or pediatric settings highly valued
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Ability to thrive within a team and adapt to students’ unique needs
Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct speech/language therapy to elementary students
- Document student progress and collaborate with teachers and parents
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and school-based initiatives
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive atmosphere for students and staff
