Desired Skills & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Valid SLP license in the state of Florida
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or completing/eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with IEP documentation and best practices in school settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support academic success
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute expert input as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Track student progress and document outcomes accurately and efficiently
