Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Florida SLP license (or eligible for licensure)
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
- Experience providing SLP services in school settings preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
- Ability to effectively manage caseloads across multiple campuses
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Provide direct and consultative therapy services, both individually and in groups
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to support student achievement
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with school and state standards
- Travel between assigned campuses within the Upper Keys area to ensure consistent support
