School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Key West, Florida

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences required
- Active Florida SLP license (or eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellow (CFY) candidates encouraged
- Direct school-based SLP experience is a plus, but not required
- Passion for supporting diverse student populations with communication needs
- Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based speech, language, and communication therapy to K–12 students
- Complete comprehensive evaluations, IEP documentation, and progress monitoring
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional input for each student’s service plan
- Deliver both direct and consultative services across Key Largo, Tavernier, and Plantation Key campuses
