Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Naperville, Illinois

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current Illinois state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFY candidates are encouraged to apply
- Comfortable providing services in a school-based setting, particularly with pediatric populations
- Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
- Collaborative mindset with a commitment to working alongside teachers, families, and other specialists
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and deliver targeted speech, language, and communication therapy for students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain detailed progress reports and ensure compliance with district and state guidelines
- Offer support and expertise at IEP meetings, collaborating with educators and parents
- Provide guidance and resources to caregivers and school personnel to promote student success
- Stay current with best practices and participate in ongoing professional development
