Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Chicago, IL

What you’ll need to be successful:
- Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Illinois SLP license (or eligibility to obtain before start)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Experience or strong interest working with a diverse pediatric school-age population
- Knowledge of IEP processes and compliance with school documentation requirements
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
Role responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs and IEP goals
- Deliver direct and consultative speech/language interventions in classroom and individual settings
- Maintain clear, timely documentation of sessions, progress, and required reports
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
