Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state licensure and eligibility for SLP-CCC or in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Practical experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations
- Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs and collaborating with school teams
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders for students
- Develop personalized treatment plans focused on student growth and classroom participation
- Deliver direct therapy services individually or in group settings
- Work closely with teachers, special educators, and family members to support educational outcomes
- Maintain up-to-date records of caseloads, assessments, progress, and interventions
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing recommendations and progress updates
- Educate staff and families on effective strategies and support for diverse learners
