Qualifications we look for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or eligible for state licensure in speech-language pathology
- CCC-SLP or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience with pediatric populations, especially in educational environments
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of IEP procedures and best practices in school-based therapy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
What you’ll do:
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Provide direct and consultative therapy services to students in group and one-on-one settings
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to foster a supportive learning environment
- Maintain detailed records and progress notes, ensuring compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide expertise in speech-language development
