Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid state licensure/license eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or strong pediatric/school SLP experience
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Experience within preschool, elementary, or adolescent settings is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptable, collaborative, and eager to learn from new environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver therapeutic speech/language interventions to K-12 students
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Work as a collaborative member of multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain comprehensive documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Engage families and educators in student progress and support
