Speech Language Pathologist in Napa, CA

We welcome both SLPs holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) as well as those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). To thrive in this setting, you should bring:
- Valid state SLP license
- ASHA CCC or eligibility for CFY supervision
- Previous experience in school-based settings (highly valued, but strong new grads are encouraged to apply)
- Expertise in conducting evaluations, developing and implementing IEPs, and managing therapy for a diverse group of students
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct speech and language therapy to students
- Assessing, diagnosing, and developing treatment plans
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintaining timely, accurate records and participating in IEP meetings
- Advocating for students’ communication needs
