Qualifications & Experience:
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure
- Prior experience in a K-12 school setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to develop, implement, and update individualized therapy plans
- Passion for working with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Create and deliver individualized and group therapy tailored to student needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop IEP goals
- Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress, and sessions in accordance with school and legal requirements
- Contribute to positive school culture by providing training and consultation to staff and families as needed
