- Experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organization skills
- Proficiency with assessment tools and documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication disorder assessments for students in accordance with IEP requirements
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address student needs
- Work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely records of intervention and progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team discussions regarding student development
- Provide consultation and education to staff and caregivers on communication strategies
