Speech Language Pathologist in Mount Gilead, OH

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active Ohio SLP license (must be in good standing)
- Accepting Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) as well as Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) applicants
- Prior experience working within school settings or with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with teachers, staff, and families
- Demonstrated organizational abilities to track progress and maintain records
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students in grades K-12, in both individual and group settings
- Manage a maximum caseload of 80 students, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Complete thorough speech-language evaluations and participate in eligibility assessments
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create, review, and update IEPs
- Communicate progress effectively with parents, guardians, and educational staff
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all district, state, and federal guidelines
