Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure or eligibility in Ohio
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) welcomed
- Clinical experience or strong interest working in pediatric and school settings
- Familiarity with a variety of communication disorders and types of disabilities commonly encountered in schools
- Commitment to student success, with excellent communication and collaboration skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Assess students' speech, language, and communication abilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct therapy and consult with instructional staff and families
- Monitor student progress, document results, and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide support across multiple schools/grade levels as needed
