What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license in Ohio, or eligibility to obtain
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Previous experience with pediatric populations or within a school-based setting preferred
- Skilled in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of speech and language disorders in children
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Commitment to student growth and inclusive educational practices
You’ll:
- Conduct comprehensive speech/language assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services to students with diverse needs and disabilities
- Document progress and maintain compliance with IEP goals and reporting standards
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and ancillary staff for the best student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute your expertise to multidisciplinary team discussions
